1. Member Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it when needed. We may suspend or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, inactive, or in violation of these terms.
2. Member Content
You keep ownership of images and text you upload, but you give the website a non-exclusive permission to host, display, resize, thumbnail, moderate, and promote that content inside the gallery and related website features. You must only upload content you own or have permission to use.
3. Image Visibility
The website may support private, members-only, and public image visibility. You are responsible for selecting the correct visibility option before uploading or editing an image. Admins may change visibility or remove content to protect the community or comply with these terms.
4. Prohibited Content
Do not upload or post illegal content, malware, threats, harassment, hate content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual images, private personal information, copyrighted material you do not have permission to use, or anything intended to damage the website or another user.
5. Voting, Rankings, and Hall of Fame
The site may include likes, favorites, comments, voting battles, rankings, and Hall of Fame displays. These features are for community engagement and entertainment. We may remove suspicious votes, automated activity, spam, or manipulated rankings.
6. Moderation
